Our Programs
Empowering communities through grants, education, and workforce development to accelerate the transition to clean transportation.
Grant Administration
The Clean Transportation and Energy Program has secured more than $19,384,361 in grant funding to support the planning, installation, and maintenance of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, workforce development initiatives, and equitable access to clean transportation.

Outreach & Community Engagement
Building electric vehicle infrastructure is only part of the equation. We conduct targeted outreach in communities where chargers are installed to ensure residents know where chargers are located, how to use them, and how to access incentives.

Workforce Development
Supporting the County’s efforts in building a skilled workforce in EVSE planning, installation, maintenance, and operation throughout Los Angeles County. We partner with community colleges, workforce organizations, and youth-centered skills programs.
