Building a Zero-Emission Transportation System
The Clean Transportation & Energy Program (CTEP), part of the Los Angeles County Internal Services Department (ISD), leads the County’s initiative to create a fossil fuel–free future by building a zero-emission transportation system.
Through the large-scale deployment of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure for fleet, employee, and public use, the program is accelerating the transition to clean mobility across LA County. To date, over 1,500 chargers have been installed at more than 80 County sites.

Our dedicated team working to advance clean transportation initiatives across Los Angeles County. ISD’s Clean Transportation & Energy Program proudly earned 2nd and 3rd place honors at LADWP’s 10th Annual Sustainability Awards for expanding EV charging infrastructure.
