Los Angeles County departments interested in installing electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at their facilities can request support through the Clean Transportation and Energy Program. The Internal Services Department (ISD) oversees the planning, design, installation, and maintenance of EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment) across County properties.
Fill out the form below and provide project details.
ISD will review the form and send a quote for the initial site inspection, based on the project details provided. ISD will also contact the department to explain the scope and cost of the assessment.
If the department agrees to proceed, submit a Service Request (SR) to cover the inspection cost by emailing EVprogram@isd.lacounty.gov.
Following the site assessment, ISD will provide a detailed project implementation quote along with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for review and approval.
Once the SLA is signed and costs are approved, ISD will coordinate directly with the department to schedule and implement the project.
