Electrifyze
An interactive online tool that helps LA County residents and businesses explore EV ownership. Features include personalized EV recommendations, cost and savings analysis, environmental impact estimates, and a searchable list of rebates and incentives.

EV 101 Reference Guide
Developed through a California Energy Commission–funded grant, this guide provides Los Angeles County residents with essential information about upcoming public EV charging installations, EV ownership basics, available incentives, and charging options. It includes details on community engagement opportunities, cost comparisons, and safety benefits of EVs, along with links to rebate programs and charging locator tools.

CTEP 2024 Annual Report
The annual report provides update on the County's EVSE deployment, including chargers installed, kWh delivered, emissions avoided, grant funding secured, and program highlights.

LA County Zero-Emission Vehicle Mobility Plan
The Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Mobility Plan provides a roadmap for transitioning Los Angeles County's fleet to zero-emission vehicles. The plan evaluates the County's current fleet, identifies replacement opportunities, outlines charging infrastructure needs, and offers strategies to ensure an equitable and efficient transition. It also includes policy alignment, workforce considerations, and site-specific recommendations to guide implementation.
