The Clean Transportation & Energy Program (CTEP), part of the Los Angeles County Internal Services Department (ISD), leads the County’s initiative to create a fossil fuel–free future by building a zero-emission transportation system.
What We Do
From site assessments to grant administration, we manage the full lifecycle of EV charging infrastructure deployment. We conduct feasibility studies, oversee construction, coordinate maintenance, and develop the workforce needed for a clean transportation future.
